Oven baked vegetables

Cooking or baking time: 40 min.
Total preparation time: 50 min.
Oven vegetables are simple and healthy because you do not have to boil the vegetables in the water. So much more nutrients are preserved.
Just take your favorite vegetables or a few leftovers in the fridge.
I like to take:
ingredients
- carrots
- paprika
- Cabbage (cauliflower, broccoli or white cabbage)
- zucchini
- Tomatoes and for the taste of course
- Onions and garlic
preparation
- Cut everything into bite-sized pieces and remember not to cook together with vegetables that need a long time to cook.
- With me, e.g. carrots and cabbage first in the oven, then 10 minutes later, I mix peppers and onions under it and finally come tomatoes and zucchini, at the same time diced sheep's cheese, which then melts beautifully.
- Do not forget to stir in between!
- When the vegetables are cooked after about 35-40 minutes, remove them, add 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil and a few drops of lemon.
- Salt and pepper and you're done. (Do you have a garden, then some herbs in summer, like thyme or oregano ...)
- If you want a side dish with steaks or other fried foods, then just start with well-washed potato pieces with a shell at the beginning.
