Pack the cake for transport: do not damage the glaze
I was just thinking of my strawberry cake, which I want to take this afternoon in the garden. How do I wrap the cake so that no film sticks to the cake-coated surface?
My aha moment:
I cut plastic cups of fruit and clamped between the edge of the cake and the mold - 4 "spacers". It was easy to stretch the cling film like a roof.
The three pictures may explain the process better.
Incidentally, I have a very delicious and quick cream under the strawberries deleted:
Mix 100 g of cream cheese with a vanilla cream pudding (single portion) and add 1 half tsp of rum.
Of course, stay away!
