Panacea ginger
Every Asian has the following recipe:
Real ginger root - there are now in all supermarkets for fresh fruit - peel and cut into small cubes (edge length about 1 cm). Pour a cube per cup, pour boiling water on it and crush the ginger. You let it pull for 5 minutes, fishes out the ginger (very hard leave it in) and enjoys.
What is that good for? So,
- It keeps you warm in winter, and cool in summer
- It helps with colds, sore throat
- helps with stomach problems
and according to Asians, it actually helps with everything. Fresh ginger is considered a panacea and is actually quite refreshing!
