Pancakes, super-fast from the dressing shaker

In my kitchen, the salad dressing shaker has so far been more of a shadowy existence. Now and then a milkshake, but otherwise he did not often see the light of day.

Today I came up with the idea to make my pancake dough in it and it's great:

Egg, flour, milk and salt in, lid on it, shake a few times, you already have pancake dough without lumps, which you get through the spout of the shaker also easily into the pan, without any spills.


In a 500 ml shaker, the dough fits out of two eggs. That's enough, depending on your appetite and side dishes for 1-2 people.

If you do not have a favorite track, here is my formula:

65 g of flour per egg (= 2 slightly heaped tablespoons) and 125 ml of milk, pinch of salt. Multiply as needed.
