Panna cotta with strawberries

Panna Cotta with strawberries this time
ingredients
- 1 L cream
- 80 g of sugar
- 1/2 stick of vanilla
- 6 sheets of gelatine (for superstitious reasons, I always take one more leaf)

- Boil the cream with the sugar and the vanilla and simmer for 1 (!) Hour - there is no burning.
- Soak the gelatine in the usual way, place it in a metal soup ladle, hold the trowel in the cream from below until the gelatine has melted and stir.
- Fill in a bowl - also with relief pattern - and overnight: off in the Kühli.
- I cut the strawberries into small pieces and flavored them with lemon sugar (I had lemons left, which I rubbed off and mixed with sugar).
- Panna Cotta (if necessary, warming up the shape a bit) topple the strawberries all around. Ready and tasty.
Last night I made a sumptuous buffet for dessert - they were all poplars (7 people) - but they still made the Panna Cotta playfully.
