Paprika (vegetable) minced meat pan

You need:

500g minced meat
500g passed tomatoes
3-4 peppers (or zucchini or eggplant ... as you like)
salt
pepper
Sweet and spicy paprika
Herbs (I take frozen 8 herbs)
garlic
tomato paste

Chop the vegetables as you would like. Fry minced meat with spices listed above. Add peppers / vegetables and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Then add the passed tomatoes, fill the pack half full with water (250ml) and add. Season everything again.

Let it simmer for at least 30-45 minutes, so that the pepper is not so hard but still has bite.

There is rice for that.
