Pasta in cream sauce for 4 people.
ingredients
- 500 g of pasta
- 1.5 cups (300 g) whipped cream
- 1 onion
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g of fresh mushrooms
- 30 g of butter or margarine
- 100 g cream processed cheese
- Salt, white pepper, parsley
preparation
- Peel onion and chop finely. Cut ham into strips. Wash mushrooms, clean and slice.
- Heat the fat and roast the onions in golden yellow.
- Add ham and mushrooms, sauté briefly and deglaze everything with cream.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, add cheese, salt and pepper.
- (If the sauce is too thin, with a little touch of cornstarch starch or flour).
- Finally sprinkle the parsley over it.
