Pasta in cream sauce

Pasta in cream sauce for 4 people.

ingredients

  • 500 g of pasta
  • 1.5 cups (300 g) whipped cream
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g of fresh mushrooms
  • 30 g of butter or margarine
  • 100 g cream processed cheese
  • Salt, white pepper, parsley

preparation

  1. Peel onion and chop finely. Cut ham into strips. Wash mushrooms, clean and slice.
  2. Heat the fat and roast the onions in golden yellow.
  3. Add ham and mushrooms, sauté briefly and deglaze everything with cream.
  4. Bring the sauce to a boil, add cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. (If the sauce is too thin, with a little touch of cornstarch starch or flour).
  6. Finally sprinkle the parsley over it.
