Pasta salad for 4-6 persons

For this good-tasting pasta salad, the effort is very low and you can enjoy it as a main meal without side dishes.
You need:
- 500 g spaghetti
- 500 g meat sausage
- 1 large glass of mayonnaise
- 1 large tin of peas
- 1 large box of carrots (diced)
- a little salt and pepper for seasoning
- and of course a large bowl for serving
preparation
- The spaghetti is broken into four pieces and boiled in salted water for about 10 minutes. If you add some margarine to the water, it does not boil over.
- In the meantime, the meat sausage is cut into cubes, about the size of carrot cubes.
- When the spaghetti is ready, place it in a colander and let it drain well and cool to prevent the mayonnaise from clotting.
- Now add the mayonnaise, the spaghetti and the meat sausage in a large bowl, add pepper and salt to taste, and stir well.
- The peas and carrots are also placed in a sieve and these drain well, otherwise the mayonnaise does not stick.
- Finally, the peas and carrots are mixed carefully so they do not squish, done.
The salad tastes best if left for a few hours or the next day.
If you like, you can serve meatballs, or use the salad as an accompaniment to grilled food.
