Pasta salad with feta

Here is a different recipe for pasta salad, is always good on (barbecue) parties and does very little work:

500 g (mini) farfalle (these butterfly / grinding noodles)
2-3 bunch shallots (spring onions)
4-6 red peppers (depending on size)
2-3 pckg. Feta (according to taste)
1 g of Miracel Whip (or other mayonnaise)
1 cup of sour cream
Mustard, vinegar, (olive) oil, salt, sugar, pepper, maggi

Boil the farfalle bite-proof according to the instructions on the package, chill very well cold, place in a bowl and mix with a good dash of oil.

Wash the shallots and cut into thin slices (rings). Wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Also cut the feta into small cubes, then stir everything carefully under the noodles.

For dressing in a small separate bowl, mix the sour cream, Miracel Whip, 2-3 tablespoons mustard, 1 teaspoon salt, 2-3 tablespoons sugar, 5-6 tablespoons vinegar, a few drops of Maggi and pepper (all to taste), possibly Dilute the consistency with a little milk / vinegar / water / oil and season to taste, then pour over the pasta mixture and mix well.

Tastes fresh and also the next day (cold put) saulecker :-)
