  • 1 ripe avocado - preferably one that has been lying for 5 days and that gives easily on finger pressure
  • 250 g of short noodles, croissants or short ribbon noodles
  • Black olives from the glass, without stone
  • Dried parsley
  • Olive oil,
  • Juice of three lemons - yes, really!
  • chili powder
  • Garlic cloves, 1-3, depending on taste
  • Pepper salt

preparation

  1. Thaw the salmon - best, if you think about it, take the eve from the freezer and put in the slide on a plate in the refrigerator.
  2. Dab dry, salt for a short time, pepper, cut into cubes - can also be freehand pieces and fry in oil until brown. If you dust the raw salmon a bit with flour, it will be crispy.
  3. Let cool down.
  4. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water, al dente, and drain. Immediately mix with a little oil, then do not stick together.
  5. Peel the avocado, remove seeds, drizzle with lemon and cut into pieces.
  6. Crush the peeled garlic cloves with a large knife blade, mix with the dried parsley and spices, stir in 4 tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of 3 lemons.
  7. Halve the olives, about 100 g.
  8. Put the pasta, fish, avocado and olives in a large bowl, mix carefully with the sauce and let it steep for an hour.

It is delicious, if you have a head of green salad, any variety that is there mixed with a small sliced ​​cucumber, just like that, without sauce.


Spread the greens on the plates, then the pasta salad.

Afterwards a yogurt and a banana, done.
