Pasta with asparagus

On 24.6. is Johannestag and then it's over with asparagus. Here is a quick recipe with asparagus, which is not commonplace.
Recipe (for four servings)
- 400 g asparagus
- 1 onion
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 100 ml white wine
- 300 ml creme fraiche
- 50 g of fresh grated Parmesan
- Black pepper from the mill
That's how it's done
- Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces about 5 cm in size and cook until firm in salted water.
- Pour asparagus into a sieve and drain. Collect the cooking water and put aside 5 tablespoons. Dice the onion.
- Bring salted water to a boil and cook noodles al dente.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in the pan and fry the onion in a glassy sauce. Add the asparagus pieces and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in the asparagus water and the wine and simmer over high heat until half of the liquid has evaporated.
- Add the crème fraîche to the sauce and heat until it starts to boil. Then stir in half of the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sauce over the pasta, Parmesan over it and good appetite.
