Pasta with green asparagus and zucchini
Very noble dish: pasta with green asparagus and zucchini.
For 2 to 3 persons:
ingredients
- Cook 250g of very good pasta (De Cecco!)
- Peel 500 g of green asparagus at the bottom and cut into 5 cm pieces
- Cut 3-4 very small zucchini into thin slices
- 1-2 spring onions
preparation
- Finely chop the spring onions.
- Cook asparagus very short and firm.
- Fry the spring onions in butter.
- Swirl in the zucchini and asparagus and serve quickly on the prepared pasta, Parmesan.
