Pasta with green asparagus and zucchini

Very noble dish: pasta with green asparagus and zucchini.

For 2 to 3 persons:

ingredients

  • Cook 250g of very good pasta (De Cecco!)
  • Peel 500 g of green asparagus at the bottom and cut into 5 cm pieces
  • Cut 3-4 very small zucchini into thin slices
  • 1-2 spring onions

preparation

  1. Finely chop the spring onions.
  2. Cook asparagus very short and firm.
  3. Fry the spring onions in butter.
  4. Swirl in the zucchini and asparagus and serve quickly on the prepared pasta, Parmesan.
