Paw Association for the cat

Injuries to the cat's forelegs often make it difficult for the animal to leave a paw bandage in place.

My cat has needed local treatment with an ointment for a licking eczema that should be protected by a bandage. Within minutes, however, he could also pluck shake off several shifts of dressing and then lick the ointment, which he should not actually take. Also a neck funnel did not use, because he is clever enough to pull him back immediately. Unfortunately, the vet had no further advice for me.

That's why I got a baby tights in the smallest size (52-56) at a well-known fashion store and cut open the crotch to make a hole for my cat's head. In addition, I cut off the feet, otherwise he would have slipped on the parquet floor. My hangover is fortunately very patient when putting on the pants and this construction is the only one that works really well now.

He does not manage to free himself, and tolerates the tights. So the ointment can finally move in for several hours and the eczema is protected from its rough tongue. Due to the elasticity of the pantyhose he is not significantly limited in his movements. But I still look that he is not unattended with his tights.

Since I did not want to buy the expensive special surgical suit for cats for the small injury, I am very satisfied with this method and can only recommend it!
