Peach yogurt tart

This is a recipe for a fruity peach yoghurt tart that is quick and easy to bake. You do not need an electric mixer for this cake because the ingredients are simply shaken together.

ingredients

For the dough:


  • 350 g peaches from the tin
  • 170 g wheat flour
  • 2 level teaspoon baking powder
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 80 ml of oil (eg rapeseed oil)
  • 125 ml yoghurt drink Peach Passion Fruit

Ingredients for the casting:

  • 1 pck. Light cake icing
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml multivitamin juice (100% fruit content)
  • 150 ml of water

You still need:

Bowl (about 3 liters) with lid
Tarteform 28 cm diameter, greased (alternatively: Springform)

preparation

  1. Drain the peaches well in a sieve and cut into cubes.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into the bowl.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix.
  4. Now add the eggs, the oil and the yoghurt drink and close the bowl with the lid.
  5. Shake the bowl vigorously for about 1/2 minute so that the ingredients mix well.
  6. Then use the dough scraper to remove the remains of the dry ingredients from the lid and rim of the bowl and mix the dough well with the whisk again.
  7. Then put the dough into the greased tart and spread the diced peaches on top. Bake in the preheated oven, top / bottom heat 200 °, middle rack for 30 minutes.
  8. Then let the cake cool in the mold on the cake rack.
  9. Finally, from cake sauce, sugar, juice and water according to the package instructions to prepare the cast, spread on the cake and let it solidify.

Extra tip:

Depending on the taste, other fruits can also be used for the cake. But then take a matching fruit juice for the casting.
