Pears, beans and bacon

Boil the bacon in water until it is soft (works well in the pressure cooker), then remove the bacon and add the pears (remove stem and stem beforehand), let them stand until they are firm.

In another pot prepare a roux (melt the margarine in the pot, add the flour) and douse with the broth of pears / bacon. Stir well, as otherwise lumps form. If it is a creamy mass, add beans (fresh, previously cooked). Season with pepper (possibly salt, but carefully, through the bacon it is already very salty!) And add savory to it. You can also very well herbs of Provence admit, if you have no savory on hand. Put the beans on a plate, add the bacon and the pears. I pass in potatoes.
