Peel potatoes in stock

You can buy potatoes - if it should be very fast - already peeled in glasses. I do not like it that much because I think it tastes good. But you can also do it yourself potatoes Peel in stock. If you e.g. already knows that during the week you have little time to cook, you are usually happy about every minute saved.

You can peel the potatoes as normal and then put them in a bowl where they are completely covered with water. Now add a small dash of vinegar and put everything in the fridge. So you can keep the potatoes for 3 - 4 days and they taste as if they had just been peeled fresh.

I do that sometimes, if the shelf life of my existing potatoes seems borderline (eye technically), I would like to make a potato dish one or two days later.
