Spontaneous paprika-onion sauce

Yesterday, my goddess of all sorts, came to me in the afternoon and asked if I shared the spontaneous pleasure with him, for a schnitzel with peppers, onions and "something delicious"!

What does the dear, faithful wife: run to the freezer, schnitzel out, defrost. Then to the fridge and in the little room to watch, from which one can conjure up something. Quick fries on the plate, bread the thawed schnitzel and now to the sauce:

preparation

  1. Peel 2 onions and cut into rings, fry in some oil until translucent.
  2. Peel 1-2 toes and finely dice, add to it.
  3. Add 1 tbsp gravy and add n.a liquid, stir.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of ajvar, 2 tablespoons of curry ketchup, 1 tablespoon of shish ketchup, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, a dash of paprika, a pinch of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon thyme and stir well.
  5. Clean 2-3 red pointed peppers and cut into small slices. So the peppers are just hot and stay nice and crispy (and you do not stick the pelle under the palate).
  6. Keep the sauce warm, fry the schnitzel and serve with the fries.
  7. Put the pepper onion sauce over the meat.

Man happy and stuffed!

I know that there may be healthier food, but better than the snack bar, it is definitely and cheaper too. It's also a quick sauce - and it'll just be healthy tomorrow!

The sauce also tastes good with other fried foods, grilled foods, etc. and stays in the glass for a week in the fridge.

Have a good appetite and enjoy tasting.
