Perfect bread dumplings for Christmas dinner
- Cut 6 rolls, bread, rolls or slices of white bread (they should be at least 2 days old)
- Boil 1/4 l of milk, pour over it
- Some salt and pepper and if there, nutmeg.
- Mind. Let stand for 15 minutes
- 1 bunch of parsley / peterling or 1-2 herbal TK packets.
Bring 2-3 liters of water to a boil. Make 6 (if possible round) dumplings from the mass!
My advice: It works best if you dab your hands in cold water and form the dumplings 1 hour before cooking and let it dry a bit.
Then dumplings into the water - but do not let cook, but only "pull". After 20 minutes, a dumpling is ready.
Fits great for all good sauces.
