Perfect steak sauce from wild garlic and parsley

From my collected wild garlic I have THE best side dish to steak:

Wild garlic leaves + garlic + salt + oil (soybean oil, for example) and also lots of fresh, smooth parsley.

Everything together in the Blitzhacker - if necessary oil until everything floats in the oil.

It should take at least a day, otherwise it will taste like mown grass ...

Until consumption, the mass has settled down and the oil on the surface ensures durability in the refrigerator.

This sauce is terrific with freshly fried steak or as an ingredient for another dip of white beans and a few blobs of green wonder ...

Or to fresh white bread ... or quickly mixed into the spaghetti ... or to jacket potatoes ...
