  • 1 1/2 cups of baking cocoa (ie the one without sugar)
  • 300 ml of oil
  • 250 ml of boiling water
  • 4 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups of flour
  • an Msp. baking powder
  • a teaspoon of vanilla sugar

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top and bottom heat, a little lower with circulating air) and then grease a square cake pan (a casserole dish also works).
  2. In a bowl, mix the baking powder with the cocoa.
  3. Stir in half of the oil and then add the hot water and stir well - when it gets thick, everything is just right.
  4. Stir creamy with the remaining oil, eggs and sugar.
  5. Add only flour and vanilla sugar and stir again until there are no more lumps.
  6. Put it in the mold and put it in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. If you prefer to leave the dough too short in too long, if the brownies inside are still slightly "raw" they will taste best. There's nothing more to do except eat.
