Persistent aphthae in the mouth

An aphid in the mouth is very painful and annoying. Sometimes you get them when the body is stressed, possibly with an infection - or you have eaten spritzes fruit.

A good home remedy, on the other hand, is baker's yeast. Cut off a piece of the cube and stir with a little water to a paste.

Apply with your finger to the aphtha. Also, do not lick it with your tongue!

In most cases, the common aphtha is gone in the morning when the yeast is applied just before bedtime.

Trying out, it can not hurt!
