Tasty Philadelphia cheesecake - the fridge was baked.

Grind 400 g spoonfuls of biscuits, or chop them in the food processor, add butter until you can knead the mixture nicely.


Lay out springform pan with baking paper and distribute the mixture evenly on the ground.

Approximately Halve the biscuits diagonally and place them in the shape of an edge, placing them nicely lined up (with the sugar outwards).

  • 1 pck of jello lemon
  • 1 small cup of water
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Make the whole thing like jelly, let it swell for 10 minutes and then heat it, but do not boil, then let it cool down.

  • 600 g of Philadelphia cheese
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Juice of a lemon

Stir everything until smooth, then stir in the still liquid but cooled jelly, beat 3 tbs of cream until stiff and fold under the Philadelphia cheese mass, give everything in springform form and smooth, then place in the fridge for a few hours.

Super refreshing and just delicious!
