Vegetable oil / olive oil half - half
Some white balsamic vinegar
1 onion
Parsley, garlic, salt, pepper

Cut the cheese into small cubes or strips and place in a dish or bowl. For the marinade, finely chop the onion and finely chop the garlic clove. Do not squeeze garlic, otherwise bitter substances will be developed that can affect the taste. Then add the sliced ​​onion and garlic to a marinade with a little oil and balsamic vinegar. Refine the taste with salt and pepper.


Finally, the marinade is placed over the cheese cubes and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.

Cover the bowl for one night in the refrigerator and let it pass through.
