Pickling salad with shrimps, olives and cottage cheese dressing

A delicious recipe for a light summer salad with prawns, olives and cottage cheese dressing.
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 100g pickle salad
- 100g shrimp
- 1 egg
- 50 g Kalamata olives
- 50 g of green olives
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp sweet pepper
- 1 tsp green peppercorns
- 1 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 shot of white wine vinegar
- some leaves of fresh basil, parsley and mint
preparation
- Wash the lettuce and chop it roughly.
- Cook the egg hard for 10 minutes, quench and peel.
- Fry the shrimp in oil together with turmeric and green peppercorns for 5 minutes in a pan.
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, mustard and vinegar.
- Mix the lettuce, olives and the sliced egg with the dressing.
- Season with paprika.
- Sprinkle the chopped herbs over the salad.
