Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 100g pickle salad
  • 100g shrimp
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g Kalamata olives
  • 50 g of green olives
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp sweet pepper
  • 1 tsp green peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 shot of white wine vinegar
  • some leaves of fresh basil, parsley and mint

preparation

  1. Wash the lettuce and chop it roughly.
  2. Cook the egg hard for 10 minutes, quench and peel.
  3. Fry the shrimp in oil together with turmeric and green peppercorns for 5 minutes in a pan.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, mustard and vinegar.
