Homemade pie base:

  1. Beat 3 eggs in a mixing bowl, add 3 tablespoons of hot water and beat with the mixer for at least 5 minutes at the highest level until the mixture is creamy.
  2. Add 150 g of sugar and beat again for 5 minutes (until the sugar has dissolved).
  3. Mix 150 g of flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder, place in a bowl, add to the dough, spoonwise, and stir for a maximum of 2 minutes on a low level.
  4. Place on the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm diameter) baking paper, and clamp by attaching the Springformrandes.
  5. Fill in some bisquit, if necessary smooth it out. Bake medium pan at 180 degrees in preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool, remove springform edge and remove from baking paper.
  7. Halve the bottom of the cake horizontally, cut one centimeter deep in the center of the cake edge. Tear off the sewing thread for about half a meter, place it around the biscuit in the recess and put it together. Good succeed!
