Pie in the glass
Being a fan of small portions, I thought of serving them in small glasses instead of a big cake. Of course, this is possible with any kind of pie.
I have done this for my guests over Christmas and everyone was thrilled.
I made a Roche cake in my case.
The soil is baked in a springform pan. Then split once in the middle, so I had two.
I used one half for the bottom in the glass and the other for the second level after the cream ...
For cutting I took the glasses used ... So you have an idea, another photo.
