Pineapple and coconut cake

After some recipe reading and thinking, I thought up this very delicious cake today. So that I do not eat it alone, which would be possible without problems, I have invited guests next to my family.

Unanimously found to be delicious, my son even wished her a birthday ;-)

ingredients

  • 1 finished Viennese floor bright (3 divided)
  • 1 glass of pineapple jam
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 2 bags of cream stabilizer
  • 4 sheets of gelatine
  • about 1/2 cup Cremoso yoghurt with glucose
  • desiccated coconut
  • Chocolate rasps dark chocolate
  • Mandarins jam for painting the floors (I had actually bought to eat, but we tasted too harsh, here I found great)

preparation

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water while whipping the cream with vanilla sugar and cream.
  2. Now express the gelatine in a saucepan and dissolve, add the pineapple jam and stir well.
  3. Then add the mixture to a bowl and stir in the yoghurt and the coconut flakes to taste.
  4. Now gradually fold in the cream.
  5. Place the first pie base on a plate and sprinkle with the mandarin or other jam and spread a portion of cream on it. Continue to spread with the remaining soil and some more mass on the edge.
  6. Distribute the chocolate rasps on the edge and press down.
  7. Roast some grated coconut and sprinkle on top of the cake.
