pineapple pudding
- 1 can of pineapple
- 1 packet of vanilla powdered pudding
- 1 cup of cream
- sugar
Drain the pineapple and separate into bite-sized pieces. Collect the juice and measure half a liter (if it should be too little, you can fill up the rest with water or apple juice). Cook the puddig with the juice and the custard powder according to the package instructions. Then add the pineapple pieces. Beat the cream without sugar until stiff and place it under the cooled pudding.
