preparation
First the dough is prepared.
- In a large bowl, the flour is mixed with salt, yeast and oil and possibly some quark or cream cheese.
- Then add just enough water that the dough kneads well, it is still tough and not too soggy. (Add water gradually!)
- The dough is formed into a ball and placed in a fireproof tray, put in the oven for about 15 minutes to allow the yeast to rise a little.
In the meantime, the sauce is prepared.
- Sauté the onion in some oil until it is golden yellow, then add water and tomato paste and mix everything to a viscous sauce.
- Season as desired. (Or just fix a tin open pizza sauce, if it's not got nothing).
This is how it continues.
