Pizza with a twist: low carb pizza crumbs

Pizza base with a difference: This low carb pizza is very juicy, tastes super delicious and has only 9 g carbohydrates.
Ingredients for a sheet
Ground:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of grated cheese 30% fat in dry matter
- 150 g cream cheese to 1% fat absolute
- 100 g of passed tomatoes
Covering at will, I had for:
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
- 2 onions
- 2 - 3 tomatoes
- 1 small tin of mushrooms used
- 100 g of grated mozzarella
preparation
- The oven is preheated to 180 °.
- Whisk the eggs and stir with the cream cheese, then stir in the grated cheese.
- Make a baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the mixture evenly. (Dough is still liquid, but is stuck when baking).
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- In the meantime prepare the ingredients for the toppings such as sliced tomatoes, onions in half rings, tuna and mushrooms, etc.
- After baking, the soil is coated with the tomato and covered with the prepared topping.
- Now the grated mozzarella is strewn over it.
- Finally, the pizza is again put into the oven for 10 minutes.
