Ingredients for a sheet

  • 100 g of passed tomatoes

Covering at will, I had for:

  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 onions
  • 2 - 3 tomatoes
  • 1 small tin of mushrooms used
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella

preparation

  1. The oven is preheated to 180 °.
  2. Whisk the eggs and stir with the cream cheese, then stir in the grated cheese.
  3. Make a baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the mixture evenly. (Dough is still liquid, but is stuck when baking).
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In the meantime prepare the ingredients for the toppings such as sliced ​​tomatoes, onions in half rings, tuna and mushrooms, etc.
  6. After baking, the soil is coated with the tomato and covered with the prepared topping.
