Placemats made by yourself

Wrapping paper in laminating foil makes pretty placemats.
Take x-any gift paper, cut to DIN-A 3 size and laminate it in the correspondingly large film. If you do not have your own device, you may be using an employer's device or the local stationery store (often free for the latter if the paper was purchased there).
Although the sets in the photo look like oilily sets, they are made from a much cheaper gift wrap.
