Actually, it is quite natural to fart every now and then. But in some situations, bloating can be quite uncomfortable and, at worst, embarrassing. One hopes then that they disappear very quickly and curses the lush food from the previous day. Do not panic, you can do something against flatulence!

At first signs of flatulence, it is best to drink a cup of very warm water slowly, sip by sip. The warm water ensures relaxation in the stomach. Open the trouser button or belt so that the stomach and intestines have more space. Peppermint tea acts against cramps, which can also be painful in flatulence.

At home, a hot water bottle on the stomach can provide relaxation. In an emergency, just chew some cumin and anise seeds for a long time. In this way, the healing, essential oils can unfold and will be effective soon.
