This recipe is for a rainy Sunday, when you do not feel like going out. You need only a few ingredients from the stock - and the plums. If you have bought too much plum on Saturday and are already a little soft on Sunday morning, then this is the opportunity to put a cake in the stove at 13.30, which tastes great for coffee at 15.30.
Cooled, but still a little bit warm, plus cold whipped cream, hot coffee, nice people!
