Plum jam with physalis

We have a plum tree that really exaggerates fruit. We've had enough cake by now and now I made jam yesterday. The following variant I found the best:

ingredients

  • 3 kg of plums
  • 2 pck vanilla sugar
  • 2 pck. Physalis
  • 1 kg jam sugar 2: 1

preparation

  1. Wash the plums, remove seeds and place in a large saucepan. The stove can be turned on at full speed.
  2. Peel and add physalis from leaves. Crush everything with the blender. Add vanilla sugar and gelling sugar and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes.
  3. The glasses should be boiled before filling and left to cool after filling upside down.

I could not stop tasting this morning :-)
