Plum jam with physalis

We have a plum tree that really exaggerates fruit. We've had enough cake by now and now I made jam yesterday. The following variant I found the best:
ingredients
- 3 kg of plums
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- 2 pck. Physalis
- 1 kg jam sugar 2: 1
preparation
- Wash the plums, remove seeds and place in a large saucepan. The stove can be turned on at full speed.
- Peel and add physalis from leaves. Crush everything with the blender. Add vanilla sugar and gelling sugar and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes.
- The glasses should be boiled before filling and left to cool after filling upside down.
I could not stop tasting this morning :-)
