Pointed cabbage with red lentils

Quick-cooked vegetable stew - pointed cabbage with red lentils.
- 1 small pointed cabbage
- 1 kl. onion
- 1-2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of red lentils
Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté, cut the cabbage into small strips and add a little roast.
Add small sliced potatoes and carrots (I also like a small piece of shredded celery stick), rinse off a cup of red lentils and add to that. Add about 2 cups of chicken broth and season with salt, chili, garlic and plenty of curry.
Cook in a pressure cooker for about 3-4 minutes, in a normal pot for about 10 minutes.
