Polish taps with WD40
I polish my faucets with a microfiber cloth and some WD40 on it. WD40 is moisture repellent and thus reduces limescale deposits.
And it does shine too. Just try it.

Total nonsense to use something in the human hygiene area!
Not to mention the animal or vegetable handling!
I know the stuff: Good for outdoor machines.
But it's not supposed to be in the environment.
Total nonsense WD40 or other technical mineral oils (petroleum) even with food such as water to use!
The smallest amounts always get into the water and thus in the bath to the hands, mouth and thus into the body. The toxic gases due to evaporation are added.
You can not use it safely in this area.
