Polpette - Italian meatballs

These Italian meatballs are really delicious!
ingredients
- 500 g mixed mince
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- 90 g Parmesan (planed)
- basil
- Mini pinch of nutmeg
- Salt pepper
preparation
- You mince the onion, garlic and basil.
- You put the chopped, the minced meat, the eggs, salt & pepper and nutmeg in a bowl and knead it.
- Now you add the Parmesan and, as you like, the breadcrumbs, so that it gives a nice solid mass and you can form good balls.
- Now you shape little balls and fry them normally in a pan with oil.
- Serve with a tomato sauce and pasta.
