Porridge with grated apple & cinnamon: The tastiest vegan breakfast!

Today I'd like to introduce you to my favorite breakfast: porridge with grated apple, cinnamon and various toppings. The breakfast is cooked fast, super healthy, vegan and delicious! Here is the simple recipe:
Ingredients for a portion
- 40 g of fine oatmeal
- 200 ml almond milk (or any other milk)
- 1/2 apple
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Some agave syrup to sweeten
- Toppings of your choice
preparation
The apple is peeled and finely grated with a grater. The milk is boiled in a small saucepan. Afterwards the oatmeal and the grated apple are added. With constant stirring over medium heat, the porridge takes about 5 minutes to reach the perfect consistency. Now add the cinnamon and the agave syrup or, optionally, another sweetener.
Of course, you can already enjoy the delicious porridge - but I love to decorate it and decorate it with some toppings. For this I like to take some banana slices and berries. In addition, I have some peanut, hazelnut kernels and dark chocolate flakes over it.
