You simply take your favorite dishwashing liquid for laundry and use it to coat one or two paper towels. One of them is directly in the vacuum cleaner bag and the other in the back of the vacuum cleaner where the air comes out again. Simply remove the grid and clamp the tissue between the cracks of the grid.
That works wonders! The whole apartment will smell of freshly laundered laundry.
