Potato and sheep's cheese casserole (for vegetarians)

Whenever I make jacket potatoes with curd cheese, potatoes are left over. So I came to this potato-sheep cheese casserole:
ingredients
- 2-3 jacket potatoes (from the previous day)
- 150 g sheep's cheese
- 300 g of yogurt
- 150 g wholemeal flour
- 3 eggs
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 1/2 bunch of spring onions
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- Salt, pepper, thyme, paprika powder
- 2 tomatoes
preparation
- Crush the potatoes in a bowl with a fork, crumble the sheep's cheese coarsely, cut the spring onions with the green into rings and finely chop the garlic.
- Now mix everything with the yoghurt, the oil, the eggs, the flour and the spices with the fork and fill in a greased casserole dish and smooth.
- On top are the sliced tomatoes.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C or circulating air at 160 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
In addition there was a cucumber salad for me.
