Potato and sheep's cheese casserole (for vegetarians)

Whenever I make jacket potatoes with curd cheese, potatoes are left over. So I came to this potato-sheep cheese casserole:

ingredients

  • 2-3 jacket potatoes (from the previous day)
  • 150 g sheep's cheese
  • 300 g of yogurt
  • 150 g wholemeal flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 1/2 bunch of spring onions
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, thyme, paprika powder
  • 2 tomatoes

preparation

  1. Crush the potatoes in a bowl with a fork, crumble the sheep's cheese coarsely, cut the spring onions with the green into rings and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Now mix everything with the yoghurt, the oil, the eggs, the flour and the spices with the fork and fill in a greased casserole dish and smooth.
  3. On top are the sliced ​​tomatoes.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C or circulating air at 160 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.

In addition there was a cucumber salad for me.
