Potato Bacon Cake

This hearty cake with potatoes and bacon is made very quickly and tastes great and small.

- 1 package of planed cheese
- 2 packages of bacon
- about 500 g potatoes (can be more)

- Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. I like to take my vegetable slicer.
- Spread the bacon all around in a casserole dish or oven pan so that all ends hang over the edge. Then the potato slices are distributed in a circle and seasoned with pepper and a little salt and then sprinkled with cheese. In the sequence you continue until the potatoes are all.
- Now you work the drooping bacon over the potatoes and bake it at 175 degrees circulating air for about 1 hour, depending on the potato variety a bit longer. Half the time I cover the cake with aluminum foil so that the bacon does not burn.
It fits creme fraiche or a lemon sauce and salad.
