Potato balls or croquettes

These potato balls are made quickly and taste super delicious!
ingredients
- 750 g of potatoes
- 30 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 g of flour
- 20 g of grated cheese
- salt
To bread
- 2 egg whites
- bread crumbs
- Fat for baking
preparation
- Cook the peeled potatoes and immediately squeeze or stomp hot.
- Knead with butter, egg yolk, flour, grated cheese and salt.
- Form even balls out of the dough, or alternatively form the dough as elongated croquettes.
- Turn them over in the whiskered egg whites and then in breadcrumbs and bake immediately in a frying pan with plenty of fat (or in the fryer).
I also made these balls with 20 g cream cheese and cornflakes crumbs. Also suuuuuper delicious!
