Potato dumplings very easy

Ingredients:
1 pack of lump mass
250 g flour
2 eggs
Salt, nutmeg

Preparation:
Knead the dumplings with the flour and the eggs and add a little salt and nutmeg. Form 8 dumplings and add to boiling salted water. The pot must be so big that the dumplings can swim. When the dumplings appear on the surface, turn off the heat and let stand for a further 10 minutes in the water. To taste dumplings made of finished mass almost like home-made.

Tastes great with roast meat.
