- Bring the cream to a boil with salt and pepper, squeeze the garlic clove and add. Add the potato slices and bring to a boil.
- Butter the casserole dish with butter, pour in the potato cream mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200 ° C on the middle rack in the oven for 20 minutes.
