Potato Kabanossi pan

ingredients for 4 persons

  • a 1.5 kg of potatoes
  • 250 g Kabanossi (I always take the spicy ones)
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 2-3 medium onions
  • Salt pepper
  • grated Gouda or other cheese
  • Herbs (TK-8 herbs)

preparation

  1. Cook potatoes, you can also take good from the previous day.
  2. Sweat onions in the pan, add potatoes and Kabanossi and sauté everything well.
  3. Season with a little salt and pepper. Pour over the cream, mix everything.
  4. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over it and put the lid on the pan for about 2-4 minutes, so that it melts beautifully.
  5. On the plate still sprinkle with a few herbs.
