Potato Kabanossi pan
ingredients for 4 persons
- a 1.5 kg of potatoes
- 250 g Kabanossi (I always take the spicy ones)
- 200 ml of cream
- 2-3 medium onions
- Salt pepper
- grated Gouda or other cheese
- Herbs (TK-8 herbs)
preparation
- Cook potatoes, you can also take good from the previous day.
- Sweat onions in the pan, add potatoes and Kabanossi and sauté everything well.
- Season with a little salt and pepper. Pour over the cream, mix everything.
- Finally, sprinkle the cheese over it and put the lid on the pan for about 2-4 minutes, so that it melts beautifully.
- On the plate still sprinkle with a few herbs.
