Potato Salad Bremer Art

You take:

  • cooked potatoes
  • gherkins
  • onion
  • boiled eggs

For mayonnaise (for 1 person)

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • vinegar
  • 1/8 l of oil

Slice potatoes. Remaining ingredients in cubes. Mix everything.
Separate for the mayo egg. Mix egg yolk with mustard, add a dash of vinegar. Add the oil drop by drop. Finally add some vinegar. (Makes Majo "white") Give Majo over the salad.

Now the trick: Beat the leftover egg whites with egg whites and add to the salad.
