A simple recipe for a visually pleasing potato sirloin!

We make a firm (!) Mashed potatoes. We fill the mass into a piping bag (if there is no piping bag we take a freezer bag and cut a small corner)

On a greased baking tray, we now inject this potato mass, then brush it gently with some melted butter and put the whole thing in the oven at about 180/200 degrees. After about 15 minutes, the potato toppings are done.

It can be used as a side dish or served with compote. Are also very good for freezing!
