If the small hunger pops by again (and he comes mostly unannounced), if the little ones (or even fathers) annoying, because they want to have something hearty to eat, then this little recipe has proven itself:

preparation

  1. Put a little olive oil into a large, coated pan, not too much, the pan is coated. Do not worry, you will not taste it afterwards, but it makes the whole thing a little bit "softer" and of course healthier too.
  2. Then peel several large raw potatoes (amount according to appetite and number of with-eaters), then cut in half and cut from these halves now narrow Schnitzel, no more than finger-thick. If you want to be completely healthy, just brush the bowl vigorously with water and leave it on. Now lightly sauté, really only very lightly, turn several times, they should not be very dark.
  3. Then let the lid on and sizzle very lightly. Meanwhile, you can quickly prepare a salad, I personally taste best lettuce in herbal cream sauce. After about 20 minutes, the potato wedges should be through, maybe you stab it with a knife, then you realize it. It also depends on the variety, the floury cooking are of course even faster. Now sprinkle some salt and plenty of sweet pepper over it and mix briefly; who likes it, is still some pepper on it.
  4. Finally - and this is the treat: plenty of coarse shredded cheese over there (I've always been frozen, for example), just break off something and crumble over the pan. If something is not at hand, you can roughly rip a few slices of cheese. Briefly put the lid on it again until the cheese has run dry, then serve the whole thing with the salad. Tastes good and goes fast. Potatoes, cheese, salad. What else needs more?
