Practical & almost invisible storage of the sponge

So you can keep a sponge practically and almost invisible, in the sink.

In my old sink, I had an extra recess between the pool and drain, where I could store pot sponge and detergent dispenser. Unfortunately this is not the case with the new one, and I have no room for a suitable container on the sink, I do not really like that either sponge constantly see.

Now there are rinse sponge holders but the prices are insanely high. The plastic I have not found in black or duchsicht, but only in shrill colors and the metal are completely overpaid.

Now I just bought 2 metal hooks with sucker and attached them next to each other. That lasts quite well, does not fall off and so I just put it after using the sponge to dry.

I put the hooks for the photos on the opposite side, because I could take a better picture of them. Actually, they are at the front of the sink and there they do not fall with the sponge in the eye.

Of course, there are beautiful, funny, fancy and / or practical containers for sponge and co, but I did not want to have anything standing around and YES, a kitchen is not a showroom and NO I also live in my apartment and it does not look like a furniture store or catalog :)
