Practically freeze parsley

Since the parsley harvest has been great this year, I came up with a simple method of how I could process this amount quickly.

That's how I did it:

  1. Remove the leaves from the stems and screw a large handful into a piece of cling film rather tightly so that you get rolls that look like cigars.
  2. All these "cigars" were once again put in a cling bag and sealed well.
  3. If necessary, I take out such a piece and cut off in the frozen state as much as I need it - the rest quickly return to the TC - and is still in the frozen state of the film released and cut.
  4. It works wonderfully with little effort and the portioning keeps the rest well.

I know that this tip for this year arrives a bit late, the harvest is already over, but the next summer is coming and I wanted to try it out beforehand if that really works, before I post the tip as well.
